The district of Cond is the district of Cochem located on the right bank of the Moselle.
Our house is located in Obercond in a traffic-calmed area, yet centrally located for activities, shopping, and other leisure activities.
In about 15-20 minutes walk you will reach, with a fantastic view
on Cochem and the Reichsburg, the town center.

Since 1979 we have been providing a cozy atmosphere for your vacation.
We are now the second generation to run our business.
In 2015, the house was completely renovated from the outside.
In 2022 we renovated apartments 2, 3 and 4.
In 2023, the holiday apartment 1 was completely renovated.
In 2024 we renovated the studio and redesigned the space.
2025 new bathrooms in apartments 2 and 3 with walk-in shower
