Terms and Conditions
General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – “Haus Avallon” Landlord:
The accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the holiday apartment has been ordered (booking) and confirmed (confirmation). Both verbal and written confirmation are binding.
1. Arrival/Departure Day: The apartments are ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. on the day of departure, or after consultation. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 9:30 a.m. Please leave the key in the door of the apartment from the outside. We can be reached by phone, email, or in person.
2. Payment: Upon booking, you will receive a booking confirmation with detailed information by email. Payment should be transferred to our account no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
3. Cancellation:The following cancellation rules apply:
- free of charge up to 21 days before arrival.
- 50% of the total amount is due 20-15 days before arrival.
- 70% of the total amount is due 14-4 days before arrival.
- In case of later cancellation, 90% of the total amount must be paid.
- In case of no-show, the guest will be charged the total price of the booking.
We recommend that you take out a
Travel insurance!
4. Duty of Care: Windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment to prevent damage caused by severe weather. Please also ensure that all lights are turned off when leaving the apartment – the environment and the landlord will thank you for this! The landlord is not liable for the tenant's valuables. In addition to the overnight costs, the rent includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, dishwashing and cleaning supplies, and garbage bags.
5. General: Should you find anything missing in the property or need assistance, please feel free to contact us. All items located in or belonging to the apartment or on the terrace may and should be used by guests. Please treat all furnishings and inventory with care and treat the rental property with respect. Please also ensure that your fellow travelers adhere to the rental conditions.
6. Parking:Free parking is available in front of the house.
7. Damage: No one intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone. We would appreciate it if you would report any damage so that we don't discover it during the final cleaning after your departure.
8. Batteries:
Please note that charging e-bike batteries in the holiday apartments is prohibited due to fire hazards.
9. Animals:
In addition, pets are not allowed in our house.
10. Data Protection: The tenant agrees that, as part of the contract concluded with him, necessary personal data may be stored, modified, and/or deleted. All personal data will be treated with absolute confidentiality. General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – "Ferienwohnung Haus Jose" Landlord:
